Wiscomm LLC ships all items from our Pewaukee, Wisconsin (USA) warehouse. We do not offer a retail location. Will-Call or Customer Pick-up is not available, however we may be able to offer delivery in the Southeastern Wisconsin area for Public Safety or Commercial customers. Wiscomm Return Policy:
All ordered parts are subject to 20% restocking fee if not returned in unopened / unused condition. Refund amount is for the product purchased and does not include any shipping, customs charges or duties. We request all returns arrive within 30 days of initial shipment. All used radio equipment sold as "used" or "refurbished" features a 30 day replacement warranty. All "New" radios, parts, batteries and accessories is covered by the manufacturers warranty for the particular item. We are happy to work with you and the manufacturer under any warranty requirements. Manufacturer warranty periods vary based on manufacturer and product.
